How do I send money from APS International Ltd in person?

 

Step1:  Visit APS International Ltd office in Birmingham, taking some personal identification with you. Or Transfer Money into our Barclays Account.

 

Step2:  APS International Ltd Staff will help you to complete the send form in our office in Birmingham. Or Give us a call if you transfer the money into our Bank Account for your reference.

 

Step3: You will be given a reference number.

 

Step4: Contact the person to whom you’re sending the money, and give him or her reference number. In just 10 minutes the money will be ready to collect. * You may be required to provide personal identification, usually one or more of the following: passport, driving license, national identity card or a government-issued identification. You may also be required to provide proof of address (bank statement or utility bill).

What should I do if my Receiver is having trouble picking up the transaction?

 

1. Verify that your receiver is at Guaranty Trust Bank location in The Gambia and Chase Bank for Kenya.

 

2. Make sure they have the correct Reference/Confirmation Number.

How do I receive a money transfer?

Step 2: Money is collected at any Guaranty Trust Bank for Gambia Collections and Chase Bank for Kenya collections taking some identification and your reference number with you.

 

Step 3: Give your reference number and show your identification – you will then be given your money in your local currency.

* You may be required to provide personal identification, usually one or more of the following: passport, driving license, national identity card or a government issued identification.
