You will need the following in order to receive your money transfer:
- Receiver's legal name: for security purposes, you will need to know your legal name. The sender specified this name during the money transfer.
- Identification: the Receiver, may need to show government-issued identification* (I.D.) to receive the money transfer.
- Reference number: you, the Receiver, will need the Reference Number from the money transfer. *You may be required to provide personal identification, usually one or more of the following: passport, driving license, national identity card or a government issued identification.

Step 2Money is collected at any of our payout partners in the Gambia, WARI in Senegal and other African Countries and Chase Bank for Kenya collections taking some identification and your reference number with you.
Step 3Give your reference number and show your identification – you will then be given your money in your local currency. * You may be required to provide personal identification, usually one or more of the following: passport, driving license, national identity card or a government issued identification.
